Ultimate Performance Consulting is a cutting edge consulting practice in the field of sport and performance psychology.  UPC takes great pride in creating custom consultation for athletes, performers and businesses of all skill levels.  UPS listens to the needs of the clients and designs an action plan to help the client achieve their performance goals.  Consulting with UPC is interactive, fun and produces results.

Clients must realize there are no "quick fixes."  However, a client will oftentimes see immediate improvements after learning and implementing a new technique.  Consulting is typically performed in the client's environment (on the court, in the field, on the course, at the pool, office, stage, gym, etc.)  Once the needs of the client has been assessed, an action plan is created.  Sport psychology techniques are taught through interactive activities related to the client's field.

Jennifer Moilanen, M.A., M.B.A. Owner/AASP Certified Consultant founded Ultimate Performance Consulting in 2000.  Jennifer has participated in sports for most of her life.  She played on the University of Northern Colorado Rugby team for three seasons, and has played volleyball and softball since she was a young girl (she continues to play on intermural volleyball and softball leagues in the East Bay).

Jennifer has worked with a number of professional, amateur, collegiate, recreational and high school athletes.  Ultimate Performance Consulting also works with dancers, musicians, actors and businesses.  The age of Jennifer's clients have ranged from 7 to 70.  Jennifer has exceptional expertise working with athletes ages 8-25, both individually and on teams.  In addition to team and individual consultation, Ultimate Performance Consulting facilitates groups, creates workshops and runs camps for clients. All consultation is customized to the client’s needs.

Jennifer was also the Assistant Director of the LEAP (Life Enhancement through Athletic & Academic Participation) program at John F. Kennedy University and the Director of LEAP Summer Camps.  LEAP teaches student-athletes how to use sport psychology to be successful in sports, academics and life.

Jennifer has her Master's degree in both Sport Psychology and Business Administration.  In 1998, Jennifer received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Human Performance and Sport.  She is an AASP Certified consultant and is also a member of the International High IQ Society.
